Terms and Conditions
1. All riders need to have had a motorcycle licence for 2 years or more and be above the age of 23 years to rent a motorcycle from Big Barn Bikes.
2. A 50% deposit secures a booking.
3. The 100% percent booking fee is payable 2 days in advance of a trip.
4. A ZAR12500 insurance deposit is payable before departure, note that this deposit is 100% refundable should no damage occur to the motorcycle.
5. A maximum average of 500km per day, thereafter ZAR1.50 per km will be charged.
6. Should the motorcycle not be re-fueled on return, a re-fueling cost of ZAR50 plus the value of the fuel will be deducted off the insurance deposit.
7. Riders to provide Big Barn Bikes with a route itinerary so that emergency planning and recovery can be done prior to departure.
8. Should a rider be involved in a accident, Big Barn Bikes accepts no responsibility for any losses or damages that can or may occur to the rider.

10. Rentals are for riding within the borders of the Republic of South Africa only. Trips planned outside the country are to be pre-arranged.
